The expensive electronic weight may cause pressure to the user to a certain extent, so in order to reduce the maintenance cost as much as possible, the users need to keep careful maintenance and maintenance at ordinary times. This article introduces in detail the 5 main points of daily maintenance and maintenance of electronic weighing machine.

5 main points

1. scale platform maintenance

(1) no stone, coal and other foreign objects should be stuck in the clearance around the scale.

(2) check regularly whether the spacing is reasonable, and the bolt should not collide with the scale.

(3) a semiannual maintenance is carried out on the connector, and the head is buttered with butter.

(4) it is forbidden to carry out arc welding operation on the scale platform. Please pay attention to the following points: (disconnect the connection between the signal cable and the weighing display controller; the ground wire of the arc welding must be set near the welded part and firmly in contact with the scale body; the sensor can not be used as part of the arc welding circuit).

2. electronic weighing and weighing display controller maintenance

(1) check whether the wiring is loose or broken, and whether the grounding wire is reliable.

(2) the weighing display controller is not used for a long time (for example more than one month), and the electricity should be checked according to the environmental conditions, so as to avoid the impact of moisture or other bad gas erosion on the reliability.

(3) weighing display controller avoids proximity to heat source and vibration source.

(5) no inductive load, such as doorbell, is allowed on the same phase line of the weighing display controller.

(6) the weighing display controller must be cut off for long periods of time, replacing fuse, moving position or removing dust.

(7) the weighing display controller should quickly break off the power if the fault occurs, and then notify the professional department and the personnel to check and arrange, the user may not open the chassis at will, and will not change the internal parts at will.

(8) weighing personnel and instrument maintenance personnel need special training to operate and maintain.

3. electronic weigh - replacement sensor

(1) open the upper cover of the sensor (damaged), jack up the scale, and remove the sensor ground wire.

(2) open the junction box and release the damaged sensor cable from the junction box. Pull out the cable at the end of the sensor. Note: when the wire is drawn, a lead is passed through the scale body so that when the new sensor is replaced, the cable line passes through the scale body and enters the junction box.

(3) referring to the second methods mentioned above, the sensor cable line passes through the scale body and enters the junction box.

(4) fix the cable core wires on the corresponding terminals of the junction box according to the wiring diagram.

(5) release the jack, set up the scale and cover the cover.

(6) after replacing the sensor, the truck scale must be reset and calibrated.

(7) after the sensor has been installed, the excess cables should be tied into bundles and not placed directly on the ground.

(8) in order to ensure consistency and interchangeability of sensors, the sensor cable should not be truncated at will.

(9) in the process of installation and demolition, there should be no scratch or knock sensor phenomenon, and the cable should be well protected.

4. computer maintenance

(1) to ensure that the computer grounding system is good.

(2) strictly prohibit frequent switching, free movement and dismantling of computers.

(3) the computer should be far away from the water source and strong electromagnetic interference.

(4) it is strictly forbidden to use foreign floppy disks at random, so as to prevent infection of viruses.

(5) it is strictly prohibited to strike a keyboard with a hard object, such as a screwdriver.

(6) the engine room should be kept clean and the temperature should comply with the specifications of the machine.

(7) the operator needs to be trained after training.

5. system maintenance

(1) after the installation of the weighing apparatus, the instructions, certificates, installation drawings and other materials should be properly preserved, and they shall be put into use by the local Metrology Department or the national approved Metrology Department.

(2) before the system is electrified, it is necessary to check whether the grounding device of the power supply is reliable.

(3) weighing apparatus should check whether the scale is flexible before use, and whether the supporting parts are of good performance.

(4) the weighing display controller must be pre heated, usually about 30 minutes.

(5) in order to ensure the accurate measurement of the system, the lightning protection facilities should be protected. When the electric welding operation near the weighing device, the scale platform is strictly forbidden to be used as zero line grounding to prevent the damage of electrical components.

(6) for the ground balance in the field, the drainage devices in the foundation pit should be regularly checked to avoid clogging.

(7) keep the junction box dry. Once the wet air and water droplets are immersed in the junction box, the hair dryer can be dried.

(8) in order to ensure the normal metering of weighing instruments, it should be calibrated regularly.

(9) there should be no impact when lifting heavy weights; when measuring heavy vehicle loads, it should not exceed the rated weight of the system.

(10) the axle load of truck scale is related to the capacity of sensors and the distance between sensors and pivots. The general truck scale prohibits the short wheelbase vehicles such as forklifts that are close to the maximum scale.

(11) both the operator and the instrument maintenance personnel need to read the instructions and relevant technical documents before going to work.
